Coach Gabriela “Gabi” Grosz has coached elite levels [USAG Levels 10 and above] of gymnastics with the International Federation of Gymnastics for over 12 years. While living abroad, Gabi coached for Club Scolar Petrosani, Romania; National Military Society; Inter Sports Association Petrila; and as an Elite Squat Gymnastics Coach at Phoenix Gymnastics Training Center in England. Prior to Spirals, Gabi was head coach at Northeast Elite Gymnastics in Ohio coaching Levels 5 through 10. Gabi also received her degree from the National School for Coaches and is currently a member of the USA Gymnastics with safety certification.
As Head Coach and Director, Gabi has developed and trained recreational gymnasts who have been invited to become part of our growing competitive compulsory and optional girls’ team. Not only has she successfully grown Spirals’ boys and girls programs, Gabi has shown her ability to apply her skills towards the business end of a gymnastics club. Spirals is proud and honored to have such a high caliber coach amongst our staff.
